Our high strength steel brackets(r) are
attached to the foundation permanently,
then we hydraulic press high tensile strength permanent steel piers vertically
down through the softer sub stratum, (failing top layers of soil), to bedrock, The
foundation is then lifted to square, or reasonable elevation, then the piers are
through-pinned at the bracket guide sleeve. This provides for a solid, permanent
hold that proves to be successful 94% of the time in Colorado Soils!
