to softened soil. The soil beneath the foundation, and around the foundation, provides the needed support when conditions
are ideal. The introduction of water from: downspouts, leaking hose bibs, groundwater flowing towards the foundation
(negative grade), leaking water or sewer lines, etc. These types of problems are often times over looked until
the building settles and the damage is obvious.
